2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use our Services. If you use our Services on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on that business's behalf.

3. Booking Calls

When you book a call through our Website, you agree to provide accurate information. We may reschedule or cancel calls when necessary and will make reasonable efforts to notify you. Booking a call does not create any obligation for either party to purchase or provide services.

4. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

If you opt in to receive text messages from us:

Non-marketing messages may include appointment confirmations, reminders, updates about your booked call, and customer support messages.

Marketing messages, sent only if you separately opt in, may include offers, promotions, and updates about our services.

You are responsible for how you use the Services and for the content, offers, and instructions you give us.

7. Payments

Fees, billing schedules, and payment terms for our Services are stated in your proposal, order form, or service agreement. Unless that agreement says otherwise:

Fees are due as invoiced.

Late or failed payments may result in the suspension of Services.

Fees already paid are non-refundable, except where required by law or stated otherwise in writing.

Third-party costs, such as phone numbers, text messaging charges, or software subscriptions, may be billed separately.

8. Acceptable Use
